Agility Classes

  • Classes run for 60 minutes.
  • Agility classes are limited to eight students.
  • To be considerate of everyone's time, class will start and stop on time!
  • Each class begins with a discussion on the day's lesson. Please arrive early enough to get you and your dog settled in time for you to join in on the discussion.
  • Bring high-value treats and toys to class.
  • Each session runs for six weeks.
  • $160 per session, due before attending the first class in the session.

Workshops will be offered occasionally and will be:

  • Announced in The Info Zone
  • Filled on a first-come, first served basis
  • Priced individually, depending on the workshop.

Store

  • Both Syosset and Woodbury have small stores on-site. The store in Syosset is on the left-hand side of the stage. The store in Woodbury is the first room on the right as you enter the barn from the ring side.
  • To make and pay for purchase from either location, choose your items, fill out a yellow form identifying the items you are purchasing by name and/or code, if applicable, including your name. Put the form along with payment into an envelope and put it in the mailbox on the stage in Syosset or the mail slot in the office door in Woodbury.
  • To make a purchase and have it billed to you online, choose your items, fill out a yellow form identifying the items you are purchasing by name and/or code, if applicable, including your name and email address. Put the form without an envelope into the mailbox on the stage in Syosset or the mail slot in the office door in Woodbury.

Parking

  • Parking in Syosset is plentiful. However, parking in Woodbury is limited. When training in Woodbury, please park head in between the pond and the barn. Pull around the circle as though you were on a ferry, allowing room for others to get by behind you. To allow parking for everyone, park as closely to each other as possible. If you are renting, assume others will be using the parking area as well.

Noise

  • Please be considerate of our neighbors with respect to barking dogs!!
  • If you have a dog that tends to bark, please bring a dark king-sized sheet or blanket (that your dog cannot see through) large enough to cover your dog's entire crate completely. By limiting the stimulation of your dog's training environment you will be able to decrease your dog's barking.
  • If you are renting and have dogs that tend to bark, please rent only between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Potty Area

  • Please only potty your dogs in designated potty areas.
  • The potty area in Syosset is by the dumpster to the left of the stairs.
  • The potty area in Woodbury is behind the barn.
  • Be sure to pick up after your dog, and if you see any other waste, we would appreciate it if you would pick that up as well. There are poop cans, bags and scoopers provided.
  • Deposit all waste in poop pails only - please do not use trashcans for poop!!!

Trash

  • Please be sure to deposit your own trash (drink cups, bottles and cans as well as Baggies used to store yours and your dog's treats) into the trash cans available at each facility.

Equipment

  • If you see any piece of equipment that needs repair or attention, please contact us so we can be sure to attend to it.
  • If you move a piece of equipment when you are training, PLEASE return it to where you found it.
  • In order to allow us to mow the rings more easily, be sure no equipment is set along side the fence area, but rather put on the stall mats on the northeast side of the west ring.

Feedback

  • We would love to hear from you. We would love your ideas and, of course, your positive reinforcement! If we don't know what your complaints are we cannot address them. So whether you have a compliment, suggestion or complaint, please contact us.
