SNAP's Class Policies

Class Registration

  • Students currently enrolled in a class have priority enrollment in that class for the next session.
  • Class registration must be received 2 weeks prior to the start of the first class in that session.
  • Class payments are due one week prior to the start of the new session! Unpaid registrations will result in the student losing their spot in class.
  • When mailing your payment, send a check or money order - no cash, please.
  • When bringing payment to the last class of your present session, place your check, money order or cash into an envelope with your name on the envelope and place it in the mail slot at the barn or mailbox at the church in order to receive credit for the payment.
  • Bitches in season, except in standing heat, may attend classes, at the teacher's discretion, as long as the bitch wears panties.

  • All payments are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any class missed within a session for any reason.
  • No refunds will be given for bitches in season.
  • If a student is asked to leave a class by the teacher, due to either inappropriate placement or aggression, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

  • If a class is cancelled within a session for any reason, the session will be extended for an additional week.
  • SNAP reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum attendance requirements.
  • Class schedules are subject to change without notice.

  • There are no make-ups for missed classes.
  • If a student knows in advance that they will miss a class they may offer that class to another team, whether a SNAP student or not, working at the same level. Payment arrangements are to be handled directly between the parties.

  • All dogs training at SNAP must be well socialized with people and other dogs. If you have a dog with aggression issues we are happy to work with you privately, but a class setting would not be an appropriate training environment for your dog.
